Ashwagandha AF

After about two weeks of taking this organic root powder, my afternoon energy slump has noticeably eased up. The capsules are a good size and don't leave any aftertaste.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I notice a steady calm about an hour after taking one with breakfast. The organic root sourcing was the reason I picked this bottle, and it delivers on that promise.

I take one capsule in the morning with breakfast, and the organic root powder has helped me feel more grounded without any jitters. After about two weeks, I noticed I wasn't snapping at little things like before.
