لوح من خشب البتولا

I love that this board is large enough to prep a whole meal without crowding, and the smooth surface is holding up beautifully after daily chopping. The food-safe finish has kept the wood from staining so far, which I really appreciate.

The mineral oil and wax finish left the surface incredibly smooth right out of the box. I’ve been using it for heavy chopping and there’s barely a mark after a week.

The mineral oil finish really brings out the grain of the birch wood, and it feels solid without being too heavy. I’ve been using it for chopping vegetables and noticed the surface stays smooth even after several washes.
