Cast Iron Skillet, 10.5"

The heat retention on this skillet is fantastic—my sears come out perfect every time without hot spots. Cleanup is also a breeze thanks to that scratch-resistant enamel coating.

The 3-layer enamel coating is really holding up well after several weeks of daily use, and I’ve been amazed at how evenly it distributes heat for searing chicken. It cleans up almost effortlessly, too—so far, no scratches or stains.

I was skeptical about the weight at first, but it heats so evenly for searing steaks that I barely have to monitor the heat. The enamel surface cleans up with just a quick wipe—no scrubbing needed.
