Children's DHA Gummies

My picky five-year-old actually asks for these by name, which is a miracle. Each chew gives 600 mg of omega-3s, and I can already see a difference in his focus during homework. The texture is soft enough that he never chokes or complains.

My son actually reminds me to take these because he loves the taste, and I love that each gummy gives him 600 mg of omega-3s without any fishy aftertaste.

The gummy texture is just right—chewy but not sticky—and 600 mg of omega-3s per serving is more than I’ve seen in other kids’ supplements. My picky eater finishes them without a fuss, which is honestly the biggest win.
