Choline & Inositol - For Nervous System Health

The capsules are easy to swallow, and since choline supports normal synaptic transmission, I feel more mentally sharp during my afternoon work slump. My focus seems steadier now, which is a big win for me.

After about three weeks I’ve noticed my focus is sharper during work hours, and the 500mg per capsule makes it easy to get the right amount. No aftertaste or stomach issues either.

The capsules go down easy and I’ve noticed my focus feels sharper by mid-afternoon, which is when I used to hit a wall. The choline’s role in synaptic transmission is exactly why I picked this over a plain B-complex, and it’s doing the job.
