The adjustable strap is a lifesaver—I can finally target just the tight spot between my shoulders instead of the whole area. It heats up fast and the plush fabric feels like a warm hug after my evening commute.

I’ve been using this wrap after long days at my desk, and the plush fabric combined with the gentle weight really helps ease my shoulder tension. The adjustable straps let me dial in the perfect fit without it slipping, which was my main concern.

The adjustable fit is a game-changer—I can tighten it exactly where my neck knots up, and the plush fabric stays cozy during the 20 minutes of heat. It's my go-to after long workdays, and the cool therapy side works just as well for evening tension.
