I mix this with my post-workout shake and noticed my recovery feels faster after leg day. The powder dissolves easily in water with no clumps.

Mixing this into my pre-workout has been a game-changer for pushing through the last few reps. I’ve definitely noticed faster recovery between sets, and the unflavored powder dissolves cleanly in water without any chalky aftertaste.
