شوكولاتة ساخنة مكسيكية فاخرة

This hit the spot on a cold evening—that cayenne kick builds slowly and doesn’t overpower the rich Guittard cocoa. I used a whisk to froth it with milk, and the heat lingered just right.

I wasn't sure about chocolate with chilli, but the Guittard cocoa base is so rich and smooth that the cayenne spice actually feels like a perfect kick. It's become my go-to for cold evenings, seriously warming me up without being too sweet.

The cayenne heat builds perfectly after the first sip, and the Guittard cocoa base is rich enough to stand up to it. I've been making a mug every evening just to feel that warm, spicy kick.
