I noticed a tickle in my throat after being around a sick coworker, so I started taking these capsules immediately. The blend of anti-viral herbs really seemed to stop the symptoms from fully developing, and I was back to normal in just a couple days.

Took this as soon as I felt that scratchy throat coming on, and within a day the congestion never fully hit me. The Chinese herbal blend really shortens the rough part.

The Yin Chiao formula is my go-to now; I took it at the first hint of congestion and the symptoms never fully developed. It truly shortened the duration of what could have been a nasty cold.
