علكات المغنيسيوم

My muscles feel noticeably less stiff after my workouts since starting these, and the fact each gummy has a decent dose of magnesium citrate makes it feel effective. The taste is subtle, not overly sweet, which I appreciate for a daily chew.

I love how these gummies dissolve quickly and don’t have that weird aftertaste many supplements leave. My muscle recovery after evening runs has been noticeably better within just a few days.

I was skeptical at first, but after a week of taking these magnesium gummies before bed, my muscle tension has noticeably eased. The citrus flavor is pleasant, and they dissolve quickly without that chalky aftertaste. My sleep quality has improved more than I expected.
