My daughter and I made three colors this afternoon and the dough was ready to play with in minutes—no boiling water needed. The texture is soft and pliable, and it didn't stain her hands or the table. For the price, you get a generous amount of dough that lasts for days of creative fun.

My toddler loves kneading the dough herself, and I'm relieved it's food-grade since everything ends up in her mouth. The two pounds of mix lasted us through a whole rainy afternoon of squishing and shaping.

The fact that no boiling water or cooking is involved made setup a total breeze—just handed the bags to my six-year-old and let her go. She was thrilled to see how much dough two pounds actually makes, and the texture stayed soft and pliable the whole afternoon.
