Ceremonial grade is no joke—this powder dissolves smooth with no clumps, and that L-theanine calm kicks in about twenty minutes after my afternoon cup. I've swapped my second coffee for this and my focus feels steadier, plus it's way easier on my stomach.

The L-theanine really does help take the edge off without making me jittery, which is a nice change from coffee. I've been mixing a scoop into oat milk each morning, and the ceremonial grade powder dissolves smoothly with just a whisk.

I was skeptical about powdered matcha, but this one dissolves smoothly with no clumps. The ceremonial grade gives it a rich, creamy taste that’s actually calming, not bitter.
