كبسولات مزيج عشبة الفطر ليونز مان للعافية

The blend of Lion’s Mane and Reishi is exactly what I was after for steady focus without jitters, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I’ve been taking them with breakfast for a few weeks and feel noticeably more clear-headed by mid-morning.

I was hoping for a more noticeable boost in mental clarity, but after a few weeks of taking these I do feel a bit more focused during work. The combination of Lion's Mane and Reishi is a smart pairing, though the capsules are a bit larger than I'd like.

The capsules themselves are a convenient way to get both mushrooms in one dose, and I've noticed my afternoon focus feels a bit steadier since starting them. Only gripe is the bottle size feels small for the price, but it's doing what it says so far.
