عسل زهر البرتقال

I’ve been drizzling this over warm cornbread and it melts in with that juicy, bright citrus kick that’s just like fresh orange peel. The sweetness is clean, not cloying, so it’s perfect for glazing a simple cake without overpowering it. Empty jar already, so I’m ordering another.

This honey has that bright, fruity aroma from the Mexican orange groves that really comes through in tea. It’s not too heavy, and the taste is noticeably cleaner than the clover honey I used to buy. Perfect for sweetening a cup of Earl Grey without overpowering it.

I used this honey in a batch of scones and the citrus aroma came through beautifully without being overpowering. The texture is smooth and pours easily, which makes it perfect for drizzling over yogurt on busy mornings.
