خل بلسميك أصلي

I was surprised by how thick and velvety it is straight from the bottle—poured some over roasted veggies and the hint of acidity really cut through the richness.

I drizzled this over fresh mozzarella and tomatoes last night, and that hint of acidity really brought everything together. The intense aromatic notes made the whole kitchen smell incredible while I was prepping.

That hint of acidity cuts through a salad dressing beautifully without being sharp, and the velvety texture coats roasted veggies perfectly. Only small knock is I wish the bottle were a touch bigger for the price.
