I’ve been taking these since my second trimester, and I feel good knowing the omega-3s are supporting the baby’s brain development. The capsules don’t have that fishy aftertaste I was worried about, which makes them easy to stick with every morning.

Compared to the gummies I was taking, these softgels are much easier to swallow and I don't get any fishy aftertaste. The only small downside is the bottle doesn't have a child-proof cap.
