طقم تحضير خبز العجين المخمر

I was nervous about keeping a starter alive, but the included thermometer strip made it feel foolproof. My first loaf came out with that perfect crunchy crust and tangy crumb I’ve been craving.

The starter came alive on day two and my first loaf had that crackly, deep-golden crust you see in bakery windows. Even my neighbor asked what I’d been baking, and the whole process felt surprisingly forgiving for a first-timer.

The dehydrated starter in this kit came to life on my first attempt, no special tricks required. The instructions are so clear that my first loaf had that perfect tangy crumb and crackling crust I was hoping for.
