Wild Alaskan زيت السمك - كبسولات صغيرة سهلة البلع

Three capsules cover my daily Omega-3 needs, and the small size makes them painless to get down in the morning. I've noticed my skin feels less dry after just a couple weeks, so I'm sticking with these.

I was skeptical about how small these capsules would be, but they truly are tiny and so much easier to get down than standard fish oils. The concentrated dose per serving means I still get my omegas without the gross aftertaste.

Even with my giant hands, these mini softgels are genuinely easy to swallow, and I love that each serving packs concentrated EPA and DHA without the fishy aftertaste.
