Hierbas de Provenza

The aroma hits you the second you open the jar—sweet lavender and thyme, just like the south of France. I sprinkled it over grilled zucchini and it turned a plain side into the most summery thing I've eaten all week.

I've used this on roasted chicken and summer vegetables every week since it arrived, and the blend is noticeably more vibrant than the dusty jar I had before. The herbs are still fragrant and bright even after a month in my pantry, which says a lot about the freshness.

The aroma hit me the second I opened the jar—bright and summery, just like the description says. I've been using it on roasted chicken and even tossed some into a simple vinaigrette, and the freshness really does make a difference compared to the dusty stuff I've had before.
