アルフレスコ サラダミックス シードポッド – ルッコラ、エンダイブ、ラディッキオ

The multiple lettuce varieties in each pod actually grew at different rates, so I’ve had a steady supply for weeks instead of one giant harvest. Tossing the whole pod into the soil was much easier than dealing with tiny individual seeds.

Harvested my first salad last week and the arugula had that perfect peppery kick I was hoping for. The endive and radicchio came up at slightly different times, so I got multiple cuttings over a few weeks.

The mix sprouted evenly across the pod, and I love that it combines three greens in one—no need to juggle separate trays. Only wish the germination was a touch faster, but the harvest density is impressive.
