ブロッコマックス（スルフォラファン配合）

After a few weeks of taking this, my digestion feels noticeably more regular and I’ve had more energy in the afternoons. The capsule size is easy to swallow, and I like that it includes the active myrosinase enzyme to help with absorption.

I was skeptical about another supplement, but the active myrosinase enzyme actually makes a difference—I feel it working right after taking one with a meal. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and since they’re designed to break down in the small intestine, no upset stomach at all. Definitely

These tablets dissolve quickly under my tongue, and I appreciate that the active myrosinase enzyme is preserved so the sulforaphane actually gets absorbed. After a few weeks, my digestion feels more regular and less sluggish overall.
