I was pleasantly surprised by how heavy and sturdy this block feels—the dished serve side held my sliced brisket perfectly without sliding around. The grooved prep side made carving so much less messy, and the flip feature is genuinely handy for going from prep to table.

The grooved prep side caught all the juice when I carved a roast chicken, making cleanup almost nonexistent. Flipping it to the dished serve side for slicing bread was seamless. This block feels sturdy and well-balanced in hand.

I use the dished serve side for cheese and crackers at parties, and it keeps everything from sliding off. The wood has a nice weight to it, not too heavy but solid enough to feel sturdy. Really happy with how versatile this board is for both prepping and serving.
