グリーンゴッデスオリーブオイル

I was a bit skeptical about an infused olive oil, but this one has a fantastic balance—the basil and garlic come through without being too strong. I've been drizzling it over roasted veggies and it adds incredible flavor without needing any extra seasoning.

The lemon note really comes through without overpowering the garlic and basil—it’s a bright, balanced drizzle. I’ve been finishing simple pasta and grilled chicken with it all week, and a little goes a long way.

I drizzled this over roasted veggies last night and that lemon-garlic brightness was perfect—no other oil has given me that depth of flavor in one bottle. My salad dressing game has leveled up significantly.
