I love that this spoon is made from a single piece of certified bamboo, so there are no glued joints to worry about. It's sturdy enough for thick cookie dough but still gentle on my non-stick pots.

It’s got a nice heft to it, and the flat edge really digs into batter without bending like my old plastic ones did. Knowing it’s cut from one piece of FSC-certified bamboo makes me feel better about tossing it in the dish rack too.
