センシティブ＋クイックリリーフ フッ素フリー歯磨き粉

The burning sensation I usually get with other toothpastes is completely gone after switching to this one. The relief actually kicks in about a minute after I start brushing.

I was skeptical about fluoride-free toothpaste for sensitivity, but after a few uses my teeth are way less reactive to cold drinks. The texture is smooth and not too foamy, which I prefer.

The 1-minute relief claim actually holds up—my first brush cut the shooting pain from cold water almost immediately. It’s also nice that there’s no fluoride and the taste isn’t overpowering, just a clean mint that doesn’t linger.
