I’ve been eating this trout straight out of the tin on crackers and the caramelized outer layer gives it a nice little crunch before the buttery inside melts on my tongue. My only small wish is that the tins were a bit larger since I always finish one too quickly.

Opened the tin and the smoky aroma hit me right away — the texture is exactly as described, buttery with a nice firmness. I wish the tin were a little bigger for the price, but it’s perfect for a quick lunch on crackers.

The caramelized outside gives it a nice crunch, and the inside stays buttery-soft—I ate half the tin standing at the counter. It’s a bit pricier than I’d like for lunch, but the flavor makes it worth treating yourself occasionally.
