バレンシア プロ セラミック ノンスティック 蓋付きソテーパン 4.5クォート

The Magneto base is a game-changer—it heats evenly on my induction stove without any hot spots. Cleanup took seconds after searing chicken, and the 4.5 quart size is perfect for weeknight dinners.

I was worried about sticking with ceramic, but the Thermolon coating has been flawless so far — even scrambled eggs slide right off. It’s lightweight enough to handle easily, yet feels sturdy with the hard anodized aluminum build.

The magneto base heats evenly across the whole pan, so I no longer get hot spots when sautéing vegetables. And the hard anodized body feels solid without being too heavy to handle.
