지압 매트 세트

My neck and shoulders feel looser after just two sessions on this mat—lying on it for ten minutes with the pillow insert under my head really targets that tech-neck stiffness. It’s not a miracle cure, but the pressure points do wake up the muscles and ease tension.

Twenty minutes on this mat and my shoulders finally unclenched from a week of desk hunching. The spikes look intimidating but the pressure settles into a deep, pleasant ache that actually melts the tension. It’s become my nightly ritual before bed.

I’ve been dealing with constant neck pain, and this mat’s acupressure points really target the tension. The pill included makes it easy to work on specific spots without straining.
