초콜릿 호박 머핀 믹스

I was honestly skeptical about zucchini in a muffin mix, but my first batch came out incredibly moist with that deep cocoa richness I crave. The coconut sugar keeps it sweet without the usual sugar crash, and these are gone within hours every time I bake them.

The zucchini is so finely integrated that you genuinely can’t taste it, just a moist, fudgy crumb. Coconut sugar keeps the sweetness gentle instead of cloying, which makes these feel almost wholesome for a chocolate muffin.

The zucchini powder really keeps these muffins moist without making them taste vegetal—my kids couldn't tell there was anything healthy in there. I've already bought three more bags.
