유기농 엑스트라 버진 아보카도 오일

The smoke point on this stuff is genuinely a game changer for searing—I can get my cast iron screaming hot without the kitchen filling up with burnt oil smell. It's become my go-to for basically everything, and the fact it's organic makes me feel slightly better about my cooking habits.

This oil handles high-heat stir-fry without smoking or burning, which is a game-changer for my weeknight dinners. The flavor is clean and neutral, letting the vegetables shine through. I've already used it for roasting and searing, and it works beautifully each time.

I was skeptical about spending more on cooking oil, but this avocado oil has a much higher smoke point than my usual stuff, so I can sear without all the smoke and smell. It doesn't have any weird aftertaste either, just clean and light for sautéing vegetables.
