Grote bakvormpjes

I bake mini quiches every weekend and these cups hold up beautifully in the muffin tin, the greaseproof paper keeps the bottoms crisp without any oil seeping through. The unbleached paper also feels sturdier than the flimsy ones I used before.

These cups don't get soggy or tear even with a pretty wet muffin batter, and the greaseproof paper means they peel off cleanly every time. I've used them for both sweet and savory batches and they've held their shape perfectly.

The unbleached paper holds up well for both muffins and a batch of mini quiches without getting soggy. I just wish the cups were a bit taller since my batter rises right to the rim, but they peel off cleanly every time.
