Carne Asada Rub

I was skeptical about the citrus and heat combo, but the lime and jalapeño in this rub hit just right on carne asada. The cumin gives it that earthy base that makes the whole thing pop without being overpowering. Already planning a second batch of tacos.

Finally, a rub that actually tastes like real cumin and lime, not just salt. I patted it onto flank steak before grilling and the whole patio smelled incredible. The earthy warmth is perfect for tacos without being too spicy.
