It’s nice knowing the fee is clearly listed at checkout so there are no surprises later. The process feels straightforward for California buyers.

Felt good knowing the old mattress wouldn't just end up in a landfill, especially since the fee covers proper recycling in both California and Oregon. The checkout process made it obvious what the charge was for, so there were no surprises on the receipt.

Paying the recycling fee at checkout felt straightforward, and it’s good to know the old mattress is being handled responsibly rather than just tossed in a landfill. The charge was clearly listed on the receipt, which made the process transparent. Only wish the fee was explained in a bit more detail
