The Terra Beauty Bars No. 21 Gel Ultra Shine Top Coat is a non-LED top coat that seals in all colors and creates a beautiful high-shine manicure and pedicure. Formulated to help extend the life of your manicure and pedicure. These polishes are always vegan, cruelty free and 10-free (sans 10 toxic ingredients normal in nail lacquer). *Polish does not contain: Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Parabens, Acetone, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP) and Fragrance.
