Peach Bellini Tea

I love that you can brew this one hot or iced and get a naturally fruity sweetness without any sugar. The peach and rose petal combo is a refreshing change from my usual afternoon black tea.

The dried fruit pieces are so plentiful that every spoonful looks like a little fruit salad, and the rose petals give it a soft floral finish that makes the rooibos taste almost creamy. Brewed it hot this morning and the peach really comes through without any tartness, which is exactly what I wanted
