Terra Kids Cork Boat DIY Activity Kit, Award Winning, 5+ Years
Category: Toys 3-5 Years
Age range: 5 years and up
Set sail on a sea of imagination with the Terra Kids DIY Cork Boat—a hands-on building activity designed to inspire eco-minded explorers of all ages. Whether it’s drifting down a stream, bobbing in the bath, or voyaging through tidepools at the beach, this virtually unsinkable vessel invites kids to engage with nature through creativity and open-ended play.
Crafted from compressed cork granules and paired with natural sisal rope, wood, and steel components, this lightweight boat is good for the planet and long lasting. The real joy, though, comes from customization: children are encouraged to gather natural materials—twigs, leaves, feathers to build out their boat.
Proudly named a Treehugger Best of Green Award Winner for Eco Family, the Terra Kids DIY Cork Boat celebrates HABA’s 85-year commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship, safe materials, and deep respect for the environment. It’s the perfect companion for a weekend by the water, a nature walk, or a stay-at-home crafting day.
