The texture is so light and spreadable that it's replaced jam entirely in my house. That bright lemon kick cuts the sweetness just perfectly—makes plain yogurt taste gourmet.

I spread this on my morning toast instead of regular butter, and the lemon oil gives it a bright kick that cuts through the sweetness perfectly. The creamy crystallized texture melts smoothly without being too runny.

I love that the organic lemon oil adds just the right amount of tartness to the creamy, crystallized honey. Spread it on toast for a breakfast that feels special without any effort.
