雙面夾

The split design is genius—I can grab a fried egg with the silicone side and flip a steak with the steel side without ever switching utensils. Both sizes fit perfectly in my utensil drawer too.

The longer 12-inch pair is perfect for flipping bigger cuts of meat, and I love that I can use the same tongs on my cast iron and then my nonstick pan without swapping tools. They feel solid and well-balanced in hand.

Finally, a pair of tongs that works on both my stainless steel pans and nonstick skillet without scratching anything—just flip the head and you're good to go. The 9-inch and 12-inch sizes also cover everything from delicate salads to heavy grilling.
