Alive!® 超效綜合維生素 - 促進心臟健康與肌肉功能

The tablet is smaller than I expected, so it's easy to swallow with my morning coffee. I’ve noticed my energy stays steady past lunch without that afternoon drag.

After about three weeks I can feel a real difference in my energy levels during afternoon workouts. The fact that it covers 100% DV of 19 vitamins in one daily pill means I don’t have to juggle multiple bottles.

The 200% daily value coverage on key vitamins is what sold me, and after a month I notice my energy feels steadier through the afternoon. It’s a big pill, but easy enough to swallow with breakfast.
