I was skeptical about cupping at home, but the silicone cups actually create a steady, comfortable suction without leaving bruises. I've been using them on my shoulders after long work days and the tension release is noticeable right away — a solid buy for the price.

I tried cupping for the first time last night, and the suction is strong but comfortable—it really lifted the tension in my lower back. The cups are easy to place and stay put, making it simple to just sit back and relax like described.

My shoulders have been tight for weeks, and the way these cups lift the tissue instead of just pressing down makes a real difference in how loose I feel after ten minutes. The suction is easy to control, so I can dial it up on my back but keep it gentler on my neck.
