Creatine + Alpha GPC Powder

After a few weeks of using this in my pre-workout, I've definitely noticed better focus during sets and less mental fog afterwards. The powder dissolves pretty easily in my shaker bottle.

I've been mixing this into my morning coffee and I can already feel a noticeable difference in my focus during afternoon workouts. The powder dissolves easily without clumping, which makes it simple to add to any drink.

The unflavored powder dissolves clean in water, no clumps, and the alpha GPC gives a noticeable mental clarity kick that carries through my whole session. I’ve been taking it daily for two weeks and the focus during heavy sets feels sharper than plain creatine alone.
