I’ve been adding this to my morning routine for about a month now, and the stiffness in my knees is noticeably less. The fact that each capsule packs a concentrated dose of curcuminoids means I don’t have to swallow a handful of pills.

The capsules are smaller than I expected, which makes them much easier to swallow, and I've noticed less stiffness in my knees after a few weeks of daily use.

After switching from standard turmeric, I notice a real difference in how my knees feel after morning runs. The concentrated curcuminoids seem to absorb much better.
