The curved blade made quick work of a block of Parmesan, and the wood container catches everything neatly underneath. I’ve already used it three times this week for salads and pasta.

The curved blade really does make grating effortless—I flew through a block of parmesan without any arm fatigue, and the photo-etched surface grabs even soft cheese without shredding my knuckles. The wood container catching everything keeps my counter clean, which alone makes it worth it.

The acacia wood base feels surprisingly solid and looks great sitting on the counter. Prepping a block of parmesan was effortless because the blade is actually razor-sharp and didn't require any pressure.
