I love using this on ice cream—the savory and sweet balance is perfect. It’s also surprisingly good as a steak marinade, adding a rich depth without being too sweet.

Tried it drizzled over vanilla ice cream and the sweet and savory combo was incredible. The balsamic has a rich, syrupy thickness that clings perfectly to the berries I added too.

I was skeptical about vinegar on steak, but this dark chocolate balsamic made an incredible marinade—the meat came out tender with a rich, savory-sweet glaze.
