Honey & Herb

This rub's sweet and savory balance is perfect for chicken thighs, and the honey really comes through without being cloying. I've used it on roasted vegetables too, and even my picky eaters cleaned their plates.

I’ve been reaching for this rub on chicken thighs and roasted carrots all week, and the sweet-savory balance it creates in the pan is genuinely impressive. It’s versatile enough to be my go-to for both proteins and veggies, which is exactly what I want from an all-purpose seasoning.

The honey sweetness is balanced perfectly with the savory herbs, not overpowering at all. I used it on chicken thighs and the flavor was incredible with a nice caramelized crust. It's become my go-to for grilling and roasting.
