We took this on a walk to the park and my 20-month-old spent a solid ten minutes crouched over a dandelion, just peering through the lens. The handle’s shape really does fit her grip perfectly, so she never got frustrated trying to hold it. It’s sturdy enough to survive being dropped on the sidewalk

The leaf-shaped handle is genuinely comfortable for my 18-month-old to grip, and she’ll squat down to stare at a pebble for a full minute now. It’s light enough to carry on walks without her dropping it, which I didn’t expect.

My little one loves holding this in the yard, and the magnifier lens is clear enough to actually see tiny bugs on a leaf. It’s sturdy but light, which is perfect for her small hands.
