霹靂霹靂

That bittersweet and garlicky combo hit just right on my roasted chicken last night. Even my picky teenager went back for seconds. Definitely stocking up.

I was skeptical about a spice blend that claims to hit so many notes, but the herbaceous and fruity flavors really do work together. It’s incredible on roasted chicken, and the heat builds nicely without being overwhelming.

The balance of garlic and fruity heat in this blend is perfect—it’s not just spicy, it’s complex. I tossed it on roasted potatoes and chicken, and the herbaceous notes really came through. Our weeknight dinners just got a lot more interesting.
