The prebiotic fiber in these gummies is a game-changer for my digestion—I actually feel less bloated after meals. They taste like a sweet treat, which makes remembering to take them way easier than chalky pills.

Not having to swallow a giant pill is a nice change, and the gummies taste surprisingly good — like a treat rather than a chore. I've noticed less bloating since starting them, which is exactly what I needed.

I've been taking these gummies for about three weeks now, and my digestion feels noticeably more regular. The prebiotic fiber is a nice addition since it's usually separate in other supplements.
