Reserve 不鏽鋼開放式平底鍋，8吋

The even heat distribution across this 8-inch pan is perfect for searing a single salmon fillet without hot spots. Cleanup is effortless too, as the stainless steel wipes clean in seconds.

I was worried it might tip over easily, but the stainless steel feels perfectly balanced and substantial in my hand. Made a perfect single omelet with no sticking at all on the first try.

Finally, an 8-inch pan that doesn’t feel like a toy—the stainless steel construction is substantial, and the handle stays cool on the stove. I’ve been using it for single eggs and small sauces, and the heat distribution is noticeably even compared to my old nonstick.
