The caramelization on the outside gives it this amazing texture contrast with the buttery inside—absolutely perfect on a cracker with cream cheese. I've already gone through two tins this week.

I’ve been eating this trout straight out of the tin on crackers and the caramelized outer layer gives it a nice little crunch before the buttery inside melts on my tongue. My only small wish is that the tins were a bit larger since I always finish one too quickly.

Opened the tin and the smoky aroma hit me right away — the texture is exactly as described, buttery with a nice firmness. I wish the tin were a little bigger for the price, but it’s perfect for a quick lunch on crackers.
